I am satisfied with the watch itself. But…

I’ve been fascinated by this brand for years, and I finally got to buy the watch I wanted in a physical shop. I can buy online, but I wanted to purchase the products in person at a physical shop. That's how much I love this brand. However, the salespeople were not very friendly and helpful whether I spoke Arabic or English, and their customer service was clerical. Perhaps not enough Asians come to this shop. I felt a bit sad and miserable because it was a brand I loved. I knew what I wanted in advance, but I was confused when they persistently recommended different products. Of course, I’m happy to buy the watch I wanted. Even if the product is good, the brand's value may decrease if its customer service is unkind. Next time I will go to the shop in Abu Dhabi.
